Lord Rama, the seventh avatar of Vishnu, is the embodiment of virtue, righteousness, and ideal manhood. His life story, immortalized in the Valmiki Ramayana, teaches adherence to dharma in every role — as son, husband, king, and warrior. Rama defeated the demon king Ravana and rescued his consort Sita, establishing the reign of righteousness known as Ram Rajya.
